Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s summer switch to Liverpool certainly hasn’t kick-started his stuttering career in the manner the England international expected.

The Ox may not have been fond of the wing-back role he was fielded in by Arsene Wenger but at least he was getting starts; he’s yet to make a start in the Premier League since joining the ranks at Anfield.

But with a Premier League clash against Tottenham on the horizon, Sunday could be the time to bring the energetic midfielder into the fold. He opened his Liverpool account with a goal against Maribor in midweek and although he’s not an Arsenal player anymore, the ex-Gunner would surely love to get one over his former rivals.

So, Liverpool fans, would you issue the 24-year-old a starting berth for the trip to Wembley this weekend, or do you struggle to see a place for Oxlade-Chamberlain in the starting XI?
